If you are running late, it’s mandatory to call or text us before your appointment time. Appointments will be automatically cancelled and subject to a no-show fee if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a no-show fee.

If your pet has matted fur, we ask that you please call us to schedule your appointment. It’s important to inform us about the matting in advance, as this condition requires additional time and care during grooming. The duration since your pet’s last grooming can significantly affect the extent of matting. Therefore, pets that have not been groomed for a longer period may require more intensive care to address matting.

Please be aware that failure to notify us about matting in advance may result in extended grooming sessions, potentially lasting 3 to 4 hours, or in some cases, may need to cancel and reschedule of your appointment. The price for grooming matted pets will vary depending on the level of care needed. By informing us ahead of time, we can ensure that we allocate the necessary resources and time to provide the best care for your pet, while also maintaining our schedule to accommodate all our furry clients effectively.

We are committed to the safety and well-being of both our furry clients and our staff. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service in the following situations:

1. Aggression: If your pet exhibits signs of aggression that could pose a risk to our staff or other animals in our care.

2. Repeated No-Shows: After two missed appointments without prior notification, as this impacts our ability to serve other clients effectively.

3. Fleas/Ticks at Check-In: If your pet has fleas or ticks upon arrival, for the health and safety of all animals in our facility.

We understand that some pets may have behavioral issues, and we are willing to assist in their training, provided it is safe and does not pose a risk to our staff’s safety. For pets undergoing behavior training with us, we require consistent grooming sessions at least every 4 weeks. This regularity is crucial for reinforcing training and ensuring your pet becomes more comfortable and relaxed with the grooming process.
