1. Services

Prideful Grooming provides professional dog and cat grooming services at two locations:

• 169 Hackensack St, East Rutherford, NJ 07073
• 201 Rochelle Ave, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662

Services include full baths, haircuts, blow drying, pawdicures, teeth cleaning, and other grooming treatments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Booking

By booking an appointment with Prideful Grooming, you agree to the following:

• Cancellations: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and a no-show fee may apply. Please call or text us if you are running late.
• No-Shows: After two missed appointments without prior notice, we reserve the right to require a deposit for future bookings or decline service.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your pet at the time of booking, including breed, age, temperament, and any health conditions.

3. Pet Health & Safety Requirements

To ensure the safety of all animals in our care, you agree to the following requirements:

• Vaccinations: All pets must be up to date on rabies and distemper vaccinations. You must provide proof of vaccination prior to or at the time of your first appointment.
• Flea & Tick Prevention: All pets must be treated with flea and tick prevention prior to their appointment. If fleas or ticks are found at check-in, we reserve the right to refuse service.
• Age Restrictions: We accept dogs up to 15 years of age. Senior pets with special needs may require a veterinarian’s clearance before grooming.
• Matting: If your pet has severely matted fur, please inform us prior to booking. Additional time and fees may apply. In cases of severe matting, a shave-down may be the only humane option.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Prideful Grooming reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Your pet displays aggressive behavior that poses a risk to our staff or other animals
• Your pet has fleas or ticks at the time of check-in
• You have had two or more no-shows without prior notification
• Vaccinations are not current or proof cannot be provided

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment through our booking platform, MoeGo. Prices are subject to change based on pet size, coat condition, and services required. Additional fees may apply for matted coats, extended appointments, or specialty shampoos.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prideful Grooming takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However, grooming can be stressful for some animals, and unforeseen reactions may occur. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Prideful Grooming is not liable for pre-existing health conditions that may be aggravated during grooming
• We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction that arises from undisclosed health conditions or aggressive behavior
• In the event of a medical emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and, if necessary, seek veterinary care at your expense

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems
• Not use any automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
