We are committed to the safety and well-being of both our furry clients and our staff. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service in the following situations:
Aggression: If your pet exhibits signs of aggression that could pose a risk to our staff or other animals in our care.
Repeated No-Shows: After two missed appointments without prior notification, as this impacts our ability to serve other clients effectively.
Fleas/Ticks at Check-In: If your pet has fleas or ticks upon arrival, for the health and safety of all animals in our facility.
We understand that some pets may have behavioral issues, and we are willing to assist in their training, provided it is safe and does not pose a risk to our staff’s safety. For pets undergoing behavior training with us, we require consistent grooming sessions at least every 4 weeks. This regularity is crucial for reinforcing training and ensuring your pet becomes more comfortable and relaxed with the grooming process.
Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain these standards.
